Movie screen and projector

Our screen and projector have been matched to give you the optimal viewing experience; however, you may provide your own projector. Recommendations are as follows:

12' screen    -    2500 ANSI lumens or higher
20' screen    -    3500 ANSI lumens or higher
30' screen    -    4500 ANSI lumens or higher

Audio Systems

The standard movie package includes a professional stereo audio system. Many of our customers prefer to upgrade to the pro Dolby® 5.1 or 7.1 surround sound system. Crowds response has been tremendous for action movies shown in surround sound.

On-site technician

We will provide a qualified, helpful on-site technician for your event. Your technician will be available to answer your questions and to assist with your event.

Weather guarantee

Ah, the one thing none of us can control. Our screen is susceptible to high winds and rain (as is the audience). In the event that inclement weather forces postponement of your event, we will work with you to reschedule your event at a later date. If inclement weather occurs during the showing of the film, and not more than 25% of the film has shown, we will guarantee you a rain date. We do reserve the right to protect our equipment from damage by canceling setup/production during weather we deem as threatening. Additional travel fees may apply in the event of a make-up date.

Saving Rental Costs

Many of our clients have offset some of the costs of our screen rental by selling advertising. The base of the screen is designed to allow you to hang sponsorship banners. Please follow all film licensing restrictions before selling sponsorship.

Film Licensing

As equipment providers, we are not allowed to license the film for you. We can provide information and help you through the process of acquiring license rights. Please be aware that you must gain rights to the movie before advertising it. Note: Disney Films has extremely strict policies regarding screening of their movies in outdoor settings. No Disney Films can be shown in an outdoor environment. If you intend to charge admission, additional restrictions will apply. Also certain advertising restrictions can apply. Other than that, it's a piece of cake.
